Datscha is updated daily with legally registered purchases. For the larger cities you also have information on pre-emptive rights. You can see the selection as user-defined views, Excel documents or in the form of a map.

Datscha’s property analysis is one of the market’s most efficient tools for valuing commercial properties. You perform a quick template calculation, in which you can easily change the figures. You have access to a sensitivity analysis, cashflow and Excel reports.
