of different products for analysing the Swedish property market. The functions include everything from finding information about a property or a sub-market to the facility to perform advanced analyses of properties via Double Cashflows.

Market Analysis

Find property and market information straight away.

Datscha contains detailed information about all commercial properties in Sweden. For example, you can easily see who owns properties and how they are organised. There is market information with rental and vacancy levels for more than 110 sub-markets from four different information providers.

Comparable Sales Analysis

Value on the basis of up-to-date local prices.

Datscha is updated daily with legally registered purchases. For the larger cities you also have information on pre-emptive rights. You can see the selection as user-defined views, Excel documents or in the form of a map.
