Datscha is a web-based service for analyses of the Swedish property market.

The service includes information about properties, the local market (including rental levels and vacancy levels), transactions completed and companies’ property portfolios. There is also the facility to simulate properties’ market value.

Datscha has more than 1 500 users in 300 companies in seven different countries, most of which operate within the financial or property market.

Datscha currently has ten employees, and in 2009 the company had a turnover of SEK 35 million (3,6 million Euro).
